Rogers Birdies for Kids Presented by AltaLink
Project Kampfire is proud to be a participating charity in Rogers Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink (BFK) in 2025.

Rogers Communications is the title partner of Canada’s only PGA TOUR Champions tournament in Calgary, the Rogers Charity Classic. The tournament has raised more than $112 million for over 290 children and youth charities across Alberta. Rogers Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink, supports thousands of youth annually in areas that include counselling, sports, and family support.
Now through the end of August 2025, donations pledged through Rogers Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink to participating charities are matched up to 50% through the program’s matching pool.
The program donation period runs from March 1 - August 31, 2025.
In 2024 Project Kampfire, formerly Kamp Kiwanis, received over $72,500 in total donations. Our goal for 2025 is to raise $80,000. Donations of any amount are welcomed. We encourage donors to consider the following amounts for their gift:
$1176 = 8 Days of camp for a camper
$147 = 1 Day of camp for a camper
$70 = 1 Session of transportation costs for a camper
$43 = 1 Day of nutritious meals for a camper
If you donate for 2 campers, your donation could be matched up to 50%, meaning a 3rd camper could be supported with your donation for 2!
Send a Kid to Kamp
A donation of $147 will provide a day of camp for 1 child. Help empower youth to explore, think critically, connect with their communities, and to make the most of life for themselves and others.
